Job Description:

Mother Teresa Regional Catholic School is accepting applications for a Middle School Teacher for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.  The teacher's responsibilities will include:

Instruction and Curriculum

1.  DeliveryDevelop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

2.  Deliver engaging and interactive instruction that fosters students' understanding and retention of concepts.

3.  Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including differentiated instruction, to meet the needs of all students.

4.  Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning.

Classroom Management  

1.  Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages respect, responsibility, and effective communication among students.

2.  Establish and enforce clear behavioral and academic expectations.

3.  Address student behavior promptly and effectively according to school policies and procedures.

Assessment and Evaluation

1.  Design, administer, and grade assessments to measure student progress and comprehension.

2.  Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on assignments and assessments.

3.  Utilize assessment data to inform instruction and provide additional support or enrichment as needed.
