Job Description:
Holy Innocents School is accepting applications for the part-time position of Enrollment Manager. The Enrollment Manager, in conjunction with the Principal leads the overall student enrollment process, from inquiries through admissions into the school ultimately enrolling new students in sufficient numbers to meet the goals of the Principal.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be experienced in school enrollment, tuition management systems, financial aid, and sales. He or she should be a team player, self-motivated, organized and have exceptional communication skills. The candidate must exhibit a passion in articulating the mission of Holy Innocents School to perspective parents and students.
Requirements
· Experience in enrollment management
· Experience in tuition management systems such as TADS or FACTS
· Experience in financial aid & grants (EITC, BLOCS, etc.)
· Computer proficiency - Word, Google, Excel
· Experience in a parochial or not-for-profit environment preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible for the planning of recruitment and retention of students
· With Principal and Business Manager, set goals for student enrollment
· Answer and follow up on all inquiry calls and e-mails
· Maintain enrollment and admissions database via the tuition management system (TADS or FACTS)
· Respond to all grant and financial aid questions and inquiries
· Application of financial aid to tuition accounts
· Provide pro-active follow up with unregistered students
· Schedule school tour & interviews with prospective parents and plan open houses
· Other duties as assigned
Compensation
The position is part-time, paying $21 per hour. Benefits may be possible.
