Entity: CSS-Visitation Community Center

Status: Full Time

Report to: The Executive Director of the Visitation Community Center will report directly to the CSS Youth Services Division Director.

The Community Center's mission is to provide a safe place for the children and youth of Kensington, to build meaningful connections and access resources to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood.

The primary responsibilities of the Executive Director are:

• to provide a vision for the fulfillment of the mission;
• to be the outward-facing representative of the Center, building coalitions with families, neighborhood/community stakeholders, civic leaders and donors
• to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations are carried out by the Director of Operations

Essential Functions:

• translate strategic vision and motivate cross-functional partners to ensure all programs meet or exceed all quality standards, competitive benchmarks, and performance metrics.
• actively work to build synergies between CSS Visitation Homes and Visitation BVM School

Qualifications:

• Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• 5 + years experience
