Job purpose

This individual is to support to the Pastor in coordinating and overseeing parish activities, worship, and liturgies.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensuring that parish activities are communicated effectively, coordinate all use of space on campus, planning liturgies, overseeing music ministries.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English, Spanish, and preferably Portuguese. Experience in an organizational role and a formation in Catholic liturgy.

Working conditions

Office based with flexible work from home opportunities.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tool or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.  The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 lbs.

Direct reports

Hourly music ministry Staff, all volunteers, and group leaders will report to this individual.
