Job Objective:
The Advancement Director is a key member of the leadership team at Holy Family School. The position is part time (19 hours) and can be both in office and remote. The Advancement Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies to support the school’s mission through fundraising and marketing initiatives. This person reports to the principal and will work closely with the Principal, Assistant to the Principal and the Business Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Development:
● Plan, manage and implement fundraising initiatives
● Annual Fund Report
● Boosterthon Fundraiser
● Work with Home & School
Enrollment:
● Plan, manage, and implement the marketing, recruitment and retention of students
● Follow-Up on Tours and Information Requests
● Re-registration Reports
● New Student/Family Open House
Marketing:
● Church Bulletins
● 8th Grade Spotlights, lawn signs
● Breakfast with Santa
● Kindergarten Signing Day
● Various events
